My name is Helen Addy, I am a Wife, Mother and Granny and have lived in Earls Barton for the majority of my life. I love Earls Barton and the fantastic community we have here.
I founded The Happy Genie Yoga to capture my passion for Yoga. I am a qualified Hatha yoga teacher.
Join our traditional yoga practice, perfect for anybody or any age, whether you're a beginner or an experienced yogi.
Classes
Classes are £8 for one class, £35 for a block of five. You must register for a class online.
Mondays at 7-8pm,
Wednesdays at 10-11am

Hatha style of yoga is a foundational traditional style. Its origins are traced back to ancient Indian and Buddhist texts with classical hatha yoga dating back many thousands of years. Hatha style uses physical postures (asana) with breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation practices to quieten the mind, calm the nervous system and build strength, balance and flexibility.
